A podcast is a free downloadable audio show that enables you to listen and learn while on the go.
You might think of it as like "Netflix for radio shows," or "On Demand radio."
For example: I love to listen to a lot of NPR shows, but I'm not always in the car when they broadcast them. Or, I miss the beginning or the end ... So, I listen to podcasts of all my favorite radio shows — whichever episodes I want, whenever I want.
I like to listen while driving or working out or doing chores around the house.
